Congrats to Carlo J. Caparas for being chosen as one of the National Artists for 2009!

When I was a kid I used to read Carlo J. Caparas’ komik strips in People’s Journal (Kamandag, Dalmacio Armas, Berdugo, etc.) so I was a fan since way back then.
